100% Credit Bonus

JFD Overseas Ltd is a Financial Securities Dealer Licensee, registered under the Laws of Vanuatu regulated and authorized by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (hereinafter the “VFSC”), with license number 17933. (hereinafter the “Company” or “JFD Overseas” or “we” or “our” or “us”). The Company is operating under the Financial Dealers Licensing Act, Cap 70, as amended from time to time.

1. Introduction

1.1. The 100% Credit Bonus (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") is offered by JFD Overseas to its Clients under the Terms and Conditions set out herein (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion Terms”).

1.2. The Promotion is available to all Clients and IBs, excluding MAM/PAMM accounts provided that they are eligible to participate in the Promotion subject to the Company’s criteria as indicated in the Terms and Conditions and these (hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Clients”).

1.3. By opening a trading account under this Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Account(s)”), you (hereinafter referred to as the Client(s)” or “you”) acknowledge that you read, understand and agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms, as well as to the Company’s Terms and Conditions and Client Agreement (including any supplemental terms) available in jfdoverseas.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

1.4. The Company reserves the right to refuse offering of the Promotion at its sole discretion without the need to provide justification. The Company will not be liable for any stop outs or any other consequences that result out of the Promotion cancellation and/or removal.

1.5. If the Company suspects that the Client has abused or attempted to abuse the Promotion, or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards us, then the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold or withdraw from the Client the full amount of the Promotion and if necessary to cancel any terms and conditions with respect to the Client, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate the Client’s access to the service and/or block the Client’s account/remove the Promotion from the Client’s account.

1.6. For the purpose of clause above, abusive behaviour is considered (list not exhaustive):

• multiple registrations from the same IP address;
• trading activities that can be counted as fraud, manipulation or attempts to garner risk free profits;
• failure by the Client to meet certain requests by the Company related to the Promotion within the specified deadline provided in the correspondence with the Company;
• the participation to the Promotion of third parties on behalf of the IB without the proper authorization or right to act;
• trades entered or exited with latencies;
• hedging an open position in less than 2 minutes.

1.7. Clients cannot switch between bonus programs offered by the Company.

1.8. If you no longer wish to use a trading account with Bonus, please send an email to [email protected] in order to archive the Bonus accounts.

2. Conditions of Eligibility

2.1. This promotion is available for Existing and New Clients. New Client will need to complete the registration and verification procedure to be able to participate in this Promotion.

2.2. Participation in the Promotion is not allowed for persons under the age of 18, or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence, or who, otherwise, cannot form legally binding contracts under the law(s) applicable in their country of residence. (“minors”).

2.3. The Promotion is only applicable to verified Clients of JFD, trading on the MT4 /MT5 trading platforms.

2.4. Participation of “Intermediaries/ Related Parties” in the Promotion is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the Promotion corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the Promotion, the Company reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purpose hereof, the term “Intermediary(ies)/Related Party(ies)”, when used in these Promotion Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the Promotion, including without limitation:

a) Family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants;

b) Person or entity, whom any participant in the Promotion, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the Promotion; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” ( including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the Promotion, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

2.5. Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with JFD Overseas and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which JFD Overseas may be running from time-to-time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the Promotion is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

3. General Terms

3.1 All Eligible Clients are permitted to hold only one (1) Promotion Account per one (1) unique IP Address. Multiple registrations from the same IP and multiple Promotion Accounts registered with the same personal details are not permitted.

3.2 The Client may withdraw their deposited funds and any realised profits, after deducting realised losses, at any time in accordance with the Company’s withdrawal procedures and subject to clause 4.7 below.

3.3 It may take up to twenty-four (24) hours before any Bonus is added to the Promotion Account of an Eligible Client who meets all the Eligibility Criteria set forth herein.

3.4 The Credit Bonus shall be credited to the Promotion Account as credit only. It shall not be converted into balance or cash under any circumstances and shall not be withdrawable, transferable or usable to absorb trading losses.

3.5 Any transfer of funds between the Client’s trading accounts held within the Company, shall be treated as withdrawal and shall not generate any Bonus. In the event of such an internal transfer, the Promotion amount awarded will be fully and immediately removed from the account.

3.6 The Promotion applied to the real accounts of Eligible Clients, in accordance with the rules set forth herein and cannot be transferred between live trading accounts with JFD.

3.7 Expert Advisors (EAs) are allowed, however they should comply with Company policies.

3.6 Any Promotion amount received and/or removed counts towards the maximum cumulative Promotion amount.

4. Specific Terms

4.1. Each Client is eligible to receive the Bonus on one (1) trading account only. If a Client holds multiple trading accounts, the Bonus may be credited to only one trading account designated by the Company. No Bonus will be credited to any additional trading accounts held by the same Client while a Bonus remains active.

4.2. Bonuses may be granted on both initial and subsequent eligible deposits made to the designated trading account, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4.3. The minimum deposit for the promotion is 20 USD (Twenty US Dollars). Total amount of Bonus(es) accumulated due to the participation to this Promotion is set to USD 5,000 (Five Thousand US Dollar) per Eligible Client.

4.4. If the equity of the Promotion Account becomes equal to or lower than the amount of the Credit Bonus, the full Credit Bonus shall be automatically removed by the system. The removal may affect the Client’s margin level and may result in the automatic closure of open positions.

4.5. There is no limitation on Client profitability.

4.6. The following examples illustrate the conditions of the Promotion:

4.7. The Client may withdraw no more than their deposited funds plus realised profits, less realised losses. The Credit Bonus is not withdrawable. Any withdrawal or internal transfer from the Promotion Account shall result in the full and immediate removal of the Credit Bonus. Such removal may affect the Client’s margin level and may result in the automatic closure of open positions.

4.8. The following examples reflect the application of clause 4.7:

4.9. Any abuse of having multiple profiles to have this Promotion is considered as a Trading Abusive Behavior and shall be subject to clauses 1.5. and 1.6 above.

4.10. Clients can have up to one (1) MT4/MT5 Promotion Account.

5. Commencement Date and Term

5.1. The period for this Promotion shall run from 02 September 2026 onwards.

5.2. The Company has the right, at its absolute discretion, to unilaterally amend, alter or terminate this Promotion at its sole discretion, and at any time without notice and/or Client’s consent.

6. Disputes

Any dispute or situation not covered by these Promotion Terms will be resolved by the Company Management in a fair manner.

7. Declarations

You acknowledge that Forex and CFDs are leveraged products that involves a high level of risk. When trading in such products, it is possible for you to lose all of your invested capital. These products may not be suitable for everyone, and you should ensure that they understand the risks involved.

The Company will not be held liable for any losses that the Client may incur as a result of the removal of all or part of the Bonus Scheme received by a Client due to a withdrawal.

8. Applicable Law

These Promotion Terms and all transactional relations between you and the Company are governed by the Laws of Vanuatu and the competent court of the settlement of any dispute which may arise between them, shall be the District Court in Vanuatu which the Company’s headquarters are located.
